hereby certifies that I (above), own the sole and all legal rights/copyright(s), intellectual property, and/or licensing rights to the song that will be uploaded and submitted (known as "SONG"); and have either created and/or been legally authorized by the content owners to use any/all content/samples within the song; and hereby have the legal binding authority to agree, and release unconditionally the use of the SONG for the purpose of being considered for play in an upcoming episode of the Caravan Radio Podcast (known as "SHOW").
I hereby take sole responsibility for submitting the SONG along with any possible misrepresentation and/or error(s) in either filling out or understanding this agreement however caused; I also understand that I have the right to legal council to review this agreement; and I accept any/all possible risk(s) of submitting the SONG from my own free will. I understand that any possible misrepresentation or error may result in legal action against me.
I agree that Caravan Radio Podcast reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions of this form and their website (view here) at their sole discretion and will be bound to any such new terms and conditions as a result of submitting the SONG. If a clause / condition has been amended, the remaining terms of these agreement(s) shall still be in effect and legally binding.
If featured on the SHOW, the SONG will be used by the SHOW in gratis (free) for this placement, and I will not be financially paid, nor compensated whatsoever in exchange for the good will (exposure) of the SONG's usage.
Furthermore I unconditionally release the SHOW and any persons, employees, directors, advisors, consultants, stakeholders, volunteers, properties, assets, companies, and/or media platforms directly or indirectly related to, involved, working for and/or with, employed, participating, advising, consulting, distributing, broadcasting and/or assisting in the SHOW whatsoever of any/all liability, and/or compensation, and/or fault that may arise as a result of the SONG's usage on the SHOW.
I also provide a royalty-free (gratis) license and/or unrestricted syncing rights to the SHOW for the SONG's use (play) on the SHOW without condition, compensation, nor expectation whatsoever; in perpetuity for as long as the SHOW may be broadcasted and/or available.
